Can you source a watch for me?If there is a watch you are after that isn't listed on our website, we can look in to sourcing one for you. Get in touch with us and let us know the make and model that you are after and we will assist you with sourcing it.

What is the process once I've paid the deposit?Once you've placed a deposit, we will give you a call just to carry out some extra checks, if everything is correct, we can either schedule you in to visit our showroom, or organise the full payment with you and arrange a collection/delivery date. We require deposits to tackle against fradulent orders.

Are your watches genuine?Every watch we provide is 100% authentic. Each watch is closely inspected inside and out by our specialists, who are able to spot any indication that a watch might be fake.

What's your returns policy?We do not issue returns/refunds for both deposits or full watch purchases. A return/refund will only be issued if there is a fault with your watch.

What is the process of selling my watch to you?You are able to submit an enquiry to inform us of the make and model of any watch you are looking to sell. We will then arrange for you to either send us your watch, or drop it off at our showroom. Following an inspection, we will issue you a final offer.
